12U Cooperstown Teams

This registration page is for the use of the 12U teams traveling to Coopertstown. We are in the initial stages of planning this exciting opportunity for the boys and will be using the communication features in the Crossbar app to contact families for planning purposes.

DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS TEAM UNLESS HEAD COACH JOHN MAHONEY HAS ASKED YOU TO DO SO.

Each team is guaranteed 6 tournament games; more should we qualify to progress beyond pool play. Maximum number of games is 13.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• Uniform: home & away jerseys, hat, socks
• Practice tshirts and batting jacket
• Three Meals Per Day 
• Air-Conditioned Bunkhouse 
• Induction into the American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame 
• Tournament ring
• Laundry Service
• Ball bucket, score sheet, coaches backpack

Note: We will be required to bring our own matching belts and pants (white knickers)

$1,295.00 per athlete and coach

(minimum 11 players and 2 coaches)

$800.00 facility fee

$1,295.00 professional photo package for the team

REGISTRATION:

• $1,000 Deposit
• Due at Time of Registration

2025 PAYMENT DUE DATES:

• November 1, 2025 - $3,000
• March 1, 2026 - balance

Total cost is divided up among the team. All payments will be made as a team, not an individual and we will be fundraising! A LOT!
