Please do not wait, REGISTER TODAY on our website here.

Baseball Details:
8 (2nd Grade) and under - $125
9 (AAA) to 12 (Majors) - $175
13 to 15 (Babe Ruth) - $225
Softball Details:

12U (birth year 2007, 2008) - $155
14U (birth year 2005, 2006) - $175
Attached (in the link below) is important information regarding the State guidance on phase 2 opening and the COVID-19 safety protocols PYBS will follow. Our plan is to begin practice in phase 2 and move to games for children ages 9 (3rd grade in the 19-20 school year) and above when we enter phase 3. PYBS is not promising anything other than phase 2 activities, practice/skills. If we are not able to play games because the state or town does not move to phase 3, we will run practices 2x per week for the entire season if it is deemed safe to do so by the State and Town.

Our plan is outlined below based on the State moving into phase 3 sometime toward the end of June.
Week of 6/8 – Registration and Team Assembly
Week of 6/15 – Field Prep, Safety Prep, and Coach Training
Week of 6/22 – Practice begins for all ages, baseball and softball
Week of 6/29 – SSSSL Game Play begins (softball)
Week of 7/6 – Baseball Game Play begins (In-Town and possible neighboring town travel)
We will look to conclude the regular season by 8/3 and playoffs by 8/10 (subject to change). We know parents might have many questions and please ask them by responding to this email. We look forward to getting back out on the fields together.

2020 Spring Season Cancelled. 100% refunds are being processed.

Updated April 25, 2020

A Message From Pembroke Youth Baseball and Softball:
Over the last few weeks our leadership has been in constant communication regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic and its impact to our spring season. The situation is extremely unique and our ultimate goal was to PLAY. That is what we all wanted. That is what the kids wanted. It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing  the cancellation of our Spring 2020 season.
PYBS will begin issuing refunds to families today through an automated process we worked on together with our website and payment hosting partner League Athletics. You will receive an email notification and the funds within 3-5 business days. The payment card you used will be refunded. Based on the amount of refunds we are processing (350+) we are not able to accommodate special refund requests. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the refund process please reply to this email.
Many of our local families are suffering with lost wages and in financial hardship. PYBS in partnership with Santa's Helpers wanted to let you know about a way you can help if all or a portion of the money we are returning to you can be donated. Santa’s Helpers is a local non-profit that is accepting donations that will go directly to local families in need. You can Venmo @SantasHelpers4 or send a check payable to Santa’s Helpers to 44 Orchard Drive Pembroke MA 02359.
While the Spring Season is canceled, PYBS is still hopeful we can have an alternate season in late spring or early summer. Our decision to refund families is based on this type of season being different than what was originally offered. It is also based on the fact that some of our families need these funds ASAP. Should we have an alternate season we will provide details via email and through our social media platforms. Please know that when this season is communicated we want as mush participation as possible. If you have a financial hardship due to COVID-19 please contact us and we WILL work something out.
PYBS would like to thank its entire Board of Directors for their support and diligence throughout these unfamiliar times. We are lucky to have an amazing group of volunteers across many youth sports in Pembroke. This Pandemic has impacted each of us differently, and throughout this our board has always had what is best for our parents and caregivers top of mind.
In closing, we wish you all good health as we we work to get back to a normal way of life. Our program will be back some day soon to teach the value of baseball and softball in youth development. We look forward to that day very much.
Be safe,
Dan Baker - President, Softball
Jim Cooley - President, Baseball
