Majors Pitching Rule


1.Pitching week starts on Monday

2.Players are allowed to pitch 6 innings per week

3.All 6 innings may be pitched in one game

4. Required Rest Period
 up to 3 innings - 24 hours, 4 or more innings - 48 hours
 (pitching to 1 batter is considered an inning)

5. 3 innings per week must be pitched by a first year player or players

Sunday March 25, 2007 3:00 PM                       Mandatory coaches meeting for all coaches and     
                                                                             assistant coaches at the CC Bingo hall

Saturday March 31st and Sunday April 1st     Field Clean Up and Equipment handout for              
                                                                              coaches after clean up

Saturday April 21st                                            Pitch, Hit and Run

Sunday April 22nd                                             Parade/Start of the season

Saturday May 19th                                            All-Star/Summer team tryouts

Friday June 1st                                                 Golf Tournament (No Games Scheduled)

Friday June 8th                                                 PYB Night at the Brockton Rox

We need help with all of the events listed as well as parents willing to work at the snack bar.  
All are encouraged to help staff these events.  Please contact a member of the board of
directors or a coach if you can help.
